Phil Robertson of ‘Duck Dynasty’ Fame Passes Away

Phil Robertson, the iconic figure behind the Duck Dynasty reality show, has died at 79, following a brief battle with Alzheimer’s disease.

Known for his deep faith, rustic lifestyle, and candid views, Robertson was a cultural touchstone for many Americans. The reality series chronicling the Robertson family’s duck call business became a cable TV sensation, drawing millions of viewers.
